The WFSC have set themselves the goal of bringing freestyle skateboarding to a stage that every freestyler, every athlete, and every long-standing sponsor and partner truly deserves. At a time when skateboarding events often have to deal with fewer resources and less support, which unfortunately also leads to declining participation numbers, we are all the more happy that this year we were able to reconnect with earlier registration levels.

A key building block of this is that the WFSC continues to set new standards every year. In technology, in the contest setup, in organizational know-how, and in the overall event experience. “The Next Level” is a promise: to you, to us, and to our sport. And this is exactly the promise we are able to take another step forward on this year together with our new technical partner REALUTION.

The Contest Area offers a 20 × 38 meter competition space and a spacious warm-up zone. The polished concrete surface is fast, controllable, and gives the riders exactly the feedback and pop they need for their tricks, truly “The Next Level”.

REALUTION is not only responsible for the setup of the area, but for the entire technical experience around the contest. State-of-the-art video and streaming technology brings the competition to screens worldwide. With a Stream-DJ, live direction, and real-time contest information directly in the stream – including lower thirds, skater info, and run updates – the result is a format that does not just show skateboarding, but tells it. Lighting, sound, and video work seamlessly together, creating an atmosphere that carries emotion and presents the sport exactly the way it deserves. Freestyle is not just shown – it is narrated. This creates real added value for you, your sponsors, and our supporters.
